Frequently asked questions
Does 1-Quote replace separate quoting, CRM and invoicing tools?
Yes, for outdoor-trade contractors it's designed to cover all of these in one platform: quoting, CRM, scheduling, invoicing, pricing management and lead buying.
How does the lead marketplace work?
Contractors register for the services they do, then browse and purchase leads using a prepaid credit balance. Credit top-up is currently manual, arranged directly with 1-Quote by bank transfer; there's no self-serve card top-up yet.
Can I take online card payments through 1-Quote?
No. Invoicing supports creating and sending invoices, but payment recording is manual only, for example bank transfer entered by staff. There's no online payment gateway or card processing built in.
Can I manage staff access across all these features?
Yes. Team and role management lets you add or deactivate staff and assign custom permission-based roles across the platform.
