Can a single quote cover more than one type of work?
Yes. Quotes are multi-section, so you can combine, for example, a concrete section and a retaining wall section in one quote with one PDF and one send.
What happens if I need to change a quote after it's been sent?
You can revise it. 1-Quote keeps version history so earlier versions of the quote are retained alongside the current one, rather than being lost.
How do customers receive the quote?
As a PDF, either exported for you to send however you choose, or emailed directly to the customer from within the quote.
Is there a customer-facing link where clients can track or approve the quote online?
No. There is no public customer-facing tracking link. Quotes are viewed by the logged-in contractor or received by the customer as an emailed PDF.
