A homeowner requests a quote once, through this website. Every request is reviewed before it goes anywhere, then made available to contractors who work in that trade. Interested contractors get in touch directly.
There is no cost and no obligation for homeowners. Contractors pay to access the leads they choose to pursue, which is what funds the review process and keeps the platform running.
Why contact details stay private
A homeowner's name, phone number and email are only shared with contractors who choose to take up that lead. We do not publish contact details, and we do not sell them on beyond the platform.
Why every contractor is checked
Before a business can access leads, it registers with a business name, a verified email and a verified mobile number, and is reviewed before its account is approved. This is what keeps the contractors contacting you a step above an anonymous form on the internet.
