Does 1-Quote estimate every trade with a dedicated calculator?
No. Concrete, retaining walls, vehicle crossovers/footpath bays and concrete stairs each have a dedicated calculator built around that trade's formula. Other work, such as driveways generally, grass, garden beds and decking, uses a general area x surface-type calculator rather than a trade-specific one.
Can I use my own prices, not a generic price list?
Yes. All calculators pull from your own rate card, the materials, labour rates and surface types you enter and manage yourself, with no developer required to change them.
Is there an AI or automated takeoff feature that reads plans?
No. 1-Quote does not read plans or drawings and has no AI estimating feature. Quantities are calculated from the measurements and options you enter into each calculator.
Can I revise a quote after sending it?
Yes. Quotes keep a version history, so you can update a quote and track prior revisions rather than losing the original.
